  Oh and don't read too much in to the "no midges" thing on their website - I was devoured last night!! All in all though, a good place. I'd stay there again.

  This Park is the pick of the bunch in Cooktown. Pat & Les are new owners since June this year and are so welcoming to all visitors & truly aim to please.

  Nice place, quiet and a nice couple who run it. No shop for basic supplies, only soft drinks. Very clean which is always refreshing after staying at some of the places I've stayed at.

  Wonderfull surounds close to town bonus disabled toilet and shower the owner even made up a temporary ramp for my mobility scooter really impressed .

  When we arrived, the new owners had only been there a week, but were so helpful and friendly. The park is beautiful and shady, plenty of grassy spaces and only a two minute drive from the centre of town. Great value and would definitely recommend!

  Beautiful grassed sites surrounded by tropical garden beds. Amenities very clean and new Camp Kitchen under construction. The Caravan Park is peaceful and serene but is only a short walk to the Main Street of Cooktown.
