  We had an absolutely terrible experience with this company. The Cooktown franchise representative (Cooktown Sheds) is incompetent and has taken no responsibility for his errors. Cooktown Sheds told us a number of times during our building process that he would reimburse the thousands of dollars in extra costs but since the project is over he has refused. He has not responded to any attempt to resolve the issue without legal action and there is no way of contacting Head Office, therefore there is no support for complaints, which is a significant consideration when entering into business with this company.
